Having a coach helps you understand what you want out of life or work and to achieve your aspirations far more quickly than you might on your own.

To provide you with peace of mind when choosing a coach, we have our own global certification programme to ensure professional standards as well as consistency between different coaches.

Also, an increasing number of our coaches have achieved or are seeking the globally recognised International Coach Federation credential following ICF accreditation of our training programme.

All our certified coaches agree to adhere to a strict code of ethics and professional practice.

Results Certified Coaches have been assessed for their knowledge and use of our distinct coaching methodologies and the level of coaching competency achieved. The assessment, which involves a live coaching session and recommendation from a mentor coach, is carried out by a senior Results coach who has been trained as assessors.

We offer three levels of certification with Level 3 being the equivalent of the ICF's Professional Certified Coach credential.

The ICF also offers three levels of credential.

MCC (Master Certified Coach) has completed 200 hours of training and 2,500 hours of coaching
PCC (Professional Certified Coach) has completed over 125 hours of training and 750 hours of coaching
ACC (Associate Certified Coach) has completed over 60 hours of training and 100 hours of coaching

Our training programme allows participants to gather sufficient coach training hours to qualify for the ACC and PCC credential.
