Stage 3: Results Certificate of Professional Coaching
What does the programme involve?
Completion of at least a further 65 hours of coach training chosen from range of Continuing and Specialist Education courses (click here for full list of courses available)
What do I receive?
§ 65+ hours of ICF-accredited Coach Specific Training (depending on courses chosen), bringing total for Stages 1, 2 and 3 to at least the 125 hours required to apply for ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential
§ Free mentoring support
§ Access to comprehensive online resource for coaching materials and information
§ ICF-accredited assessment of your coaching skills
§ Exemption for ICF’s own PCC examination
§ Ability to apply for PCC credential as an ICF Accredited Coach Training Programme graduate
How long does it take?
To complete this final stage you will need to take a combination of three Continuing and two Specialist Education courses or two Continuing and three Specialist Education courses. Each Continuing Education course takes eight weeks and each Specialist Education course takes 13 weeks. It would normally take you about 18 months to complete the whole Results ICF Credential Pathway programme, which allows you time to build up your coaching hours as you learn. The full ICF Credential Pathway programme includes all three stages.
